Walking to the top of the Westwood Plateau in the early Spring as the clouds scud in the valleys as the cool breeze slides the clouds in and out. The snow still hiding in the trees and exposed flats high up the mountain side. The bare trees have yet to set any buds or leaves. Bright, stark tree forms stand proud against the dark evergreen. A quiet calm that sounds in your eyes as the cool breeze fills your senses.
